Is possible to copy or convert an image outline into Autocad lines?

Answer:

I am working on Autocad from many years, and according to my knowledge and skills i can say that it is not possible to copy or convert or extract image outline into autocad lines into Autocad software. it may be another online of offline tools which help to extract lines from an image and convert it into autocad format i.e. .dwg format.
