I saw this system specification this is a affordable laptop and it is coming with with 2GHz Processor, 2GB of RAM and 15.6" display etc. features. for the installation of autocad you have to focus on ram and processor of any system. i have also compare the installation requirement of autocad 2018 for 32-bit with this laptop and find the result that you can install autocad 2018 in this laptop but don not open other apps during when you open the autocad application otherwise it may be showing not responding or may be hang or may be automatic close autocad in this way you may loose your work.
