1. Open drawing of AutoCAD
2. Type MT and press space or enter of keyboard
3. Make a window on model space where you want to put this text
4. Type 63 and for % and ± see on the top menu right side symbol button just click on it (see image 1)
5. You can find a lot of option click on other (see image 2)
6. Character Map window will be open then see for your % symbol and click on it then click on select (see image 3)
7. See for other symbol ± and repeat the process then click on copy and close this window (see image 4)
