What is Conventional Machining ?
Answer:
Conventional machine requires direct contact of tool and
work piece/materials. For example to cut an aluminum bar, an iron fast rotating
cutter may be used. These methods involve a physical contact between cutting
tool and material being cut or processed. Conventional machining process
involves removal of material in form of chips.
Types of Conventional Machining:-
- Lath machine (turning)
- Drill machine
- Milling etc.
